Q: What is eSecureData's purpose?
A: eSecureData.com is trying to bring down the cost of top-quality dedicated servers.  We feel the current price levels for dedicated servers are simply too high.  In doing this, however, we intend to offer the same or better quality than our competitors in every area of the dedicated server business.


Q: These prices are insane.  How do you do it?
A: We do it by looking at every single aspect of the server business and optimizing costs in each area.   We didn't sacrifice quality on anything.  Our servers are the best in the business, and our data center is second to none.  We buy much of our hardware direct from the manufacturers, however, and we have negotiated aggressive bandwidth pricing from the Internet's backbone providers.  All of these things bring down our costs, and we pass that savings along to our clients.


Q: Who is eSecureData's target client?
A: The marketplace is totally focused on high-service, high-price servers.  eSecureData.com believes that there is a large segment of clients who do not need the kind of hand-holding that is offered by the high-cost server vendors, and who are totally capable of looking after their own servers.   This is the client base that eSecureData is targeting.


Q: I don't know anything about servers or the Internet.  Should I rent from you?
A: No.  You would be better served by a high-priced, hand-holding company.  eSecureData.com is focused on servicing clients who have a good understanding of servers and the Internet.   


Q: I know quite a bit about servers and the Internet, but sometimes a server goes down.  If I need support, can I contact you?
A: Absolutely!  We offer 24/7/365 tech support and unlimited reboots.  You can contact us anytime.  


Q: Do you have a reseller program?
A: No.  We've cut our prices down to the point where there is just no room to pay resellers.  Some people do profitably resell eSecureData.com servers under their own banner, however.  Marking up the monthly fee on an eSecureData.com server still leaves you well below the going rates our competitors charge.


Q: Can I get a discount?  I will recommend you to lots of people and will feature you on my website. 
A: No.  Sorry.  Our prices are already the best in the industry by far, and there's no room for discounts.
