We provide 24/7 support for reboots, hardware and infrastructure, but
clients must manage their servers themselves. As a result, expert
users need not pay for support they don't need.
This fits some users perfectly who can then benefit from low prices and
excellent infrastructure, but others are better off with providers who
offer higher levels of support in configuring and maintaining servers.
If your technical skills (or those of your staff) have you in a position
where you don't require a lot of handholding, the eSecureData.com
business model may be perfect for you. If not, you might want to
